"I've worked for Knute Nelson for almost 12 years and have enjoyed growing with the company. I started as a Care Attendant, and with funding from Knute Nelson, I obtained my CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification. In wanting to continue to grow my career, I became a TMA (Trained Medication Aide). I truly loved working with the residents and took pride in being part of their daily lives.

This winter I saw a new opportunity for growth and applied for the Scheduling Administrative Specialist position. I have enjoyed the challenges of learning something new and look forward to this new journey.
